Tal has been an entrepreneur since 1993.
Over the past 20 years he acted as a co-founder and executive of companies such as S.E.A which went public in 1996, Orca Interactive (acquired by France Telecom in 2008), BeInsync (acquired by Phoenix Technologies in 2008) and Dotomi (acquired by ValueClick in 2011).
He was a seed investor in companies such as Qumranet (acquired by Redhat), Crossrider (acquired by The Market) and he is a seed investor in Israeli Start Up companies.
Tal founded Disruptive Technologies L.P in 2014 an early stage fund which focuses on Israeli related companies and technologies.
Tal is currently on the boards of Beamr, Idomoo, Anodot, Docady, Askem, IVY, Tailor Brands, CoCycles, Deep, Engageya .
He served in the Israeli Special Intelligence Unit of the IDF and is a Tel-Aviv University graduate.
Adam has served as a general partner in Disruptive since 2014. He is also the lead adviser to GFI, a multi-family investment office and a general partner in Subversive Capital a regulatory focused investment fund. Prior to his time at Disruptive, GFI and Subversive, Adam served as the Chief Investment Officer at Intana Management LLC, a market neutral hedge fund concentrating in the technology, media and entertainment sectors from 2006 to 2010. From 2000 to 2005 Adam was a Managing Director and Principal at Robeco Investment Management, the parent company of Weiss, Peck & Greer. There he served as a Partner in its Select Technology and Software Funds.
Adam has over 20 years of investment experience, previously performing analysis on the technology and media sectors for Weber Capital Partners/Bluewater Capital Management, Scripps Ventures/United Media and UBS Securities. Adam began his career in the Banking/Tax Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Adam is currently on the boards of Tailor Brands, Roomer, 7 Elements, MetaFlow, Captain Up!, Open Wager, Big Idea Brands, Jackpocket and Cybaero (CBA:SE) and a Board Observer for IronSource and Qwilt. Adam graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge.
Orli brings over than 15 years of experience in the Venture Capital Arena. Prior to joining Disruptive, Orli was the CFO of Yozma Venture Capital, a veteran in the Venture Capital industry and responsible for the establishment of the VC industry in Israel. In addition, Orli worked closely with several VCs specializing in early stage to late stage investments. Orli was a Senior Associate at Kesselman & Kesselman, PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tel Aviv. Orli holds an Executive MBA from the Tel Aviv University and a BA in accounting and business management from the College of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
